As we begin 2016, we often take a moment reflect on the past and think about the future. (Tis the season for resolutions.) But instead of planning for the future or replaying our past, what would happen if we spent 2016 being present. So much of our mental energy is spent worrying about what will come or rehearsing what has already been. Let's all take a moment to "hit the pause button" in life. To breathe. To be. I totally agree with your new year's resolution here. I mean it is right that the best way to show love is to be present all the time. I mean you don't have to say yes all the times even though you aren't really okay with it or you are not even allowed to be there. But I think as much as possible, you have to do whatever you can do just to be present. Your presence will always be valued, please do remember that. I believe that one of the ways to show love is through being present in times that your presence is highly needed. But I guess, we must be present not only physically, but also mentally and emotionally. We should pay great attention to the things that are really important. Nice idea on how to deal with 2016, I'm really tired of anticipating what will happen now I know what to do. I will just take three years coming a challenge to become stronger. Thanks for the advice, we must do the best that we can and just go with the flow with the happening because sometimes its uncontrollable. Each of us definitely expect changes for better life in the year coming. I am expect to reach new resolution and intends to be better and better again. In this year I want to improve my playing piano ability. I also remember last year bought a piano in clavis.nl. Got my favorite piano and did piano course intensely it was the best thing I did.
